Synopsis:

I really wanted to like this story. It is one of my favorite tropes so I went in with some expectations. They all fell a little flat, though.
I like the couple. I liked their secrecy. I liked their outcome.
I didn't like a lot of the violence with the brothers. I didn't like how overprotective they were over her because it was completely without merit. They were really just d*cks.
I didn't like the constant back and forth from Brett. I will. Nope, I won't. Oh, I just can't help myself. OH I HAVE TO RESTRAIN MYSELF. Good, lord that was a lot to handle.
Anna, on the other hand, knew exactly what she wanted. She was out to get it, too. But with all the road blocks and mixed signals Brett was putting out, it's a miracle they ended up with an HEA.
The writing was really good but a lot of the story just didn't sit well with me.
