Synopsis

I've tried to give this book justice in my review more than once ... and I just keep falling short.

Wilder was EVERYTHING I LOVE about romance and Rebecca Yarros. It was exciting, it was romantic, it was funny, it was ... everything. Everything. EVERY.THING.

I love Pax and Leah. They both grow and learn so much during their short journey together. They make each other better without even realizing they're doing it. He makes he stronger and she grounds him - each of those things they desperately need.

The whole book, you could tell something was gonna happen. Something was going to shatter their lives. Something. Anything. But not what happened. Not how it happened. It was literally a swift kick in the butt. It came from NO WHERE. Man, did my heart break.

I'm not going to say much more than that. I just can't. I won't. I want you to go buy this book. I want you to read it, devour the words.

Wilder is more than a FIVE STAR book. It's a gold medal winning game changing book.
